MANAGERIAL SIMULATION 

Training course in development of management skills, (24 Academic Hours), aimed at officials and collaborators at the operational level, supported by a MANAGEMENT SIMULATION model, which leads participants to face the making managerial business decisions, such as:

- MARKETING DECISIONS: Define the products to offer, read and interpret market information, advertise, promote and develop new product lines.

​

- PRODUCTION DECISIONS: Effectively manage available technical resources, balance the production line, calculation of direct and indirect costs, integration and subcontracting.

​

- FINANCIAL DECISIONS: Manage the financial resources of the organization, maximize profitability, meet bank obligations.
